Winnipeg Folk Festival
BL and handlers flew to Winnipeg for his Oma and Opa's 50th wedding anniversary party. Right after arriving, he zipped over to Birds Hill park for the Winnipeg Folk festival. He tore up the turn around the stages with cousins Michael, Cameron, Devon, Zoe, and Owen.
