Busy Day

BL and his MH had a busy day today. It started at Taps Bath Centre to pick up something for the kitchen. He was intrigued by the selection of tubs, toilets, and shiny hardware so we wandered through the showroom for a while. He gave me a good belly laugh when he yelled, "daddy come over here, this is a perfect sink for me". He was standing in front of a bidet...

Next stop was Chain Reaction Cycle to bring in the mountain bike for a tune and tires before the spring. He took a glide bike for a spin around the shop. Glide bikes don't have pedals so they allow kids to learn to ride by pushing themselves along with their feet and then gliding. In theory, they progress right to pedal bikes without training wheels. We picked one up for him and we'll see.



In reward for his patience at Taps and the bike shop, the boys go for fish and chips in the village.





Amazingly, BL was so focused on finishing his picture for mommy that he ignored ice cream for a few minutes.
